Lolita Lempicka, whose real name is Josiane Pividal, founded her fashion house in 1983. Born in 1955 in Bordeaux, the young Josiane inevitably turned towards studies of fashion design. At the age of 29, Lolita Lempicka created her first collection which would become very famous, “Lolita Bis”. In 1997, Lolita presented her first fragrance, soberly named “Lolita Lempicka”. In 2016, the brand returned to this first fragrance by reinterpreting it more intensely, “  Lolita Lempicka le Parfum  ”.

Lolita Lempicka or the temptation of the forbidden fruit

All of Lolita Lempicka’s fragrances echo the designer’s childhood memories. They exhale fragrances that perfectly blend nature, gluttony and sensuality. The first perfume “Lolita Lempicka”, released in 1997, evoked a magical and new world, with the forbidden fruit as a bottle. 20 years later, she decided to reinvent her very first fragrance by sublimating it with more intense and much more sensual scents.

Deeper than its predecessor and an oriental touch “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” opens the doors to a fantasized garden. Romantic and sparkling at will, “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” leads us to new emotions, as if no one had ever explored them.

The elusive oriental notes of Lolita Lempicka le Parfum

Like her first perfume, the composition of “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” was entrusted to Annick Ménardo. The latter is a renowned perfumer, to whom we owe, among others, the perfumes “Fuel For Life”, “Kouros” or the famous “Hypnotic Poison” by Dior.

“Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” is considered an oriental nectar, intoxicating with liquorice. “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” begins with the gourmet flavor of liquorice liqueur, associated in the heart with scents of violet flower. Jasmine and cedar come to mingle with it, offering a most sensual tone. The base of “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” is both soft and creamy, because it combines tonka bean, vanilla, and cistus labdanum. Of course, the bottle uses the forbidden fruit design of its predecessor.

Since antiquity, the apple has been rich in symbols, it represented in turn, fertility or the forbidden fruit. The apple of “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” has an almost hypnotic violet color, thus shining like a radiant and luminous amethyst.

The golden ivy is gone, but the playful writing and the cabochon in the shape of a fairy branch are still relevant today. On the cork, we can admire a heart beautifully crossed by an arrow like the ones we dug out of a tree trunk when we were children. The whole offers an absolutely magical rendering.

Almost 20 years after the release of her first perfume, Lolita Lempicka decides to reinterpret it in a more intense and sensual way. “Lolita Lempicka le Parfum” takes us to a fantasized garden, a garden where we discover new emotions.
